Deactivation of the existing Online Registration System (ORS) and Activation of the new Compliance Optimization and Registration System (CORS)
The AMLC, in its Resolution No. 76 dated 08 April 2024, approved AMLC Regulatory Issuance No. 01, Series of 2024, adopting the new Guidelines on Compliance Optimization and Registration System (“CORS”) effective immediately upon completion of its publication in newspaper of general circulation and filing of a copy thereof with the Office of the National Administrative Register at the UP Law Center.
In relation thereto, please be advised that the existing Online Registration System (“ORS") will be inaccessible from 25 to 28 April 2024 to give way to the execution of some needed adjustments prior to the effectivity of the CORS.
